Positive: Good location with nice spa facilities The room was nicely decorated & had a warm & authentic atmosphere.
Negative: Staff were rude and not helpful. They failed to mention that breakfast was not included. & were unapologetic when we were shocked to have found hat we were charged daily for breakfast as we had thought it was included in the prepaid price. Furthermore, on arrival, they did not offer to help us with our bags and parking (as expected of a 5-star hotel). We unloaded our bags ourselves, made our way to the reception only to find that our rooms on in another building. Terrible experience

Positive: Lovely room, great location. Gastronomic resturant was first class
Negative: Building work going on which meant the spa treatments were moved and provided in the gym and there was drilling which meant that the spa wasn’t very relaxing. We were warned in advance and it can’t be helped. I am sure the spa is fabulous when the building works are complete
